How would you rate yourself on the recital? *

Super - I nailed it! Good - Played or sang correctly, with good posture, hand position and effort. Average - Had trouble playing or singing my part for the songs that we performed Poor - I'm not sure what to do at times. I don't understand what I am supposed to be doing I forgot my instrument I was absent.

Did you practice at home? *

Yes I practiced Maybe once or twice Not required in my class. I need to practice more. I don't play an instrument, I am in choir.
